Leslie Pratch's research activities focus on:
- The personality structures of executives most likely to perform effectively in extremely stressful business settings. These include start-ups and companies in industries undergoing rapid consolidation or where the competitive dynamic is in turmoil.
- Whether psychological assessment tools can reduce the uncertainty and cost associated with ensuring that the executives under consideration for particular assignments actually possess the psychological resources needed to be successful.
We continue to conduct research on business leadership, which is published in lay and peer-reviewed academic journals.
