It also allows us to understand whether this person has a strong growth trajectory through the future of the assessment. The assessments allow us to really understand how best to communicate, whether that be through incentive plans, whether that be through reporting, through KPIs, et cetera. We really want to work with an individual where we can push them but also be able to motivate them most effectively.”
