In What Contexts Are the Assessments Most Useful?
Jamie Sprayregen: “To me a pretty broad swathe of things. I am in the restructuring and bankruptcy business. In my business, executives are constantly coming and going and whoever’s in charge of the coming, I think, could use those assessments proactively in determining what the right move is with the CEO or someone else in the C suite. I would also say, being on the management committee of my law firm, in terms of advancing lawyers and hiring lawyers and putting lawyers into management, I actually think it’s a good tool there. And then there’s capital providers, things like private equity funds and hedge funds who are always hiring people to operate companies they may come in control of or ownership of, it’s a marvelous tool for that.”
